Young professionals

I want to grow into the professional — and leader — I'm capable of being

The first years of a career come with real opportunities — and with questions no degree prepares you for. How do you lead before you have the title? How do you build confidence, set boundaries, and navigate the relationships and politics that shape how far you get? How do you grow into the kind of professional you actually want to be, not just the one your role description describes?

We offer two ways to work on that.Want to know more about what suits your needs best?

Masterclasses, workshops & training programmes

Focused sessions on the challenges young professionals run into most — online or hybrid, as a single masterclass or a short series, depending on the topic.

Topics include:

  • Overcoming imposter syndrome

  • Confidence & assertiveness

  • Negotiation & influence

  • Setting boundaries

More topics are added regularly.

Coaching

One-on-one sessions, online or in person, built entirely around your goals — whether that's preparing for a hard conversation, developing your leadership presence before a big step, or understanding a pattern that keeps repeating in your career. A single session is often enough for clarity and a concrete next step; for deeper, lasting change, most people choose a short trajectory of several sessions.
